Glenda D. Rutledge is a visionary leader, passionate advocate, and innovative trailblazer dedicated to empowering others through her multifaceted expertise. As the founder of Hope and Aspirations, Glenda has created a dynamic platform that champions personal growth, entrepreneurship, and community advancement.
A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Glenda’s journey has been marked by a steadfast commitment to education, business, and the written word. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Tennessee State University and a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction in Reading from Grand Canyon University. With over 21 years of service in education, including her role as a Curriculum Support Specialist with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Glenda has left an indelible mark on countless students and educators.
Beyond the classroom, Glenda is a published author, life coach, and advocate for personal and professional development. Through her ventures, including The Pen of a Writer, LLC, she has inspired educators and students alike, empowering them to find their voice and embrace their unique potential.

As a Certified Professional Life Coach and founder of Restore Hearts, Inc., Glenda extends her mission to support individuals experiencing grief and seeking transformation. Through coaching, counseling, and her faith-driven approach, she equips individuals—particularly teens and young adults—with the tools to rise above life’s obstacles and achieve their aspirations.
Guided by her resilience, faith, and an unwavering belief in the power of education and entrepreneurship, Glenda is building lasting legacies that inspire hope and foster empowerment.
